The spreadsheetof wins.
The old site offered this page as a download. Here is the spreadsheet itself, transcribed: 183 NFL games from three seasons, each with both teams rated for the day of the game by the Teambios method. The ratings are the record; what the sheet concluded from them is not reproduced.

Each game is two rows, the home team first. The figures are BioRatings for the day of the game, computed from each person’s birth date exactly as the app computes yours: the head coach, the quarterback, the running back and the tight end as one figure each, from −3 to 10, and the cornerbacks and wide receivers as the sum over the group, so those two columns run higher. The method is described on the Teambios page.
The games are the ones the author chose to rate: those where he judged the gap between the two rosters wide enough to be worth recording. They are not every game of the season.

What is left out, and why
The original workbook has two further kinds of column. One records which team covered a bookmaker’s point spread; the others tally, for each way of weighting the positions, how often the team with the higher figure did so. We have not transcribed them. This site does not rate the cycles as a way of choosing games, and the app is for people of every age; a running score of that kind has no place here. The ratings themselves are a record of birth dates and calendar dates, and those we publish in full.
What the studies found when they asked the same question properly is on our evidence page.
The records
- Teambios: a team’s biorhythmTeambios rated every player on an NFL roster for the day of the game and summed them into one team figure. How it worked, what it recorded, what it is not.
